Good morning. Miami County is part of Region 15 of OneOhio, the organization tasked with prioritizing the distribution of opioid settlement funds. Each county in the region has the opportunity to bring its priorities to the table for discussion within the Region 15 collaborative. To facilitate the identification of priorities in Miami County, we are reaching out to stakeholders with a survey instrument.

So that we have time to review the survey results before the next Region 15 meeting, please respond by Friday October 17.

You can access the Google Forms survey at:

https://forms.gle/FNyUtxc79ezRSH2VA

The survey includes sections on:

  • Prevention
  • Treatment
  • Recovery
  • Child and Family
  • Harm Reduction
  • Crisis Response
  • Public Safety and First Responders
  • Criminal Legal System
  • Workforce Development
  • Infrastructure
  • Innovation

You may choose to respond to or skip any of the sections, depending upon your knowledge and interests. The time to complete the survey will vary widely from no more than 2 minutes to 15 minutes or more depending on the number of sections you choose to complete. None of the questions is required; you may skip individual items or entire sections. You have opportunities to comment on each section if you would like to provide context or justification for your choices. At the end of the survey, you may offer suggestions for innovative ideas or populations of focus that are not otherwise covered in the survey. The response are anonymous; if you want us to contact you, please include your contact information in the General Comments field at the end of the survey.

For those of you who serve counties other than Miami, please frame your responses in terms of the priorities for Miami County only. Other counties have their own methods for determining priorities for OneOhio Region 15.

Thank you for your thoughtful contributions. If there is someone else in your circle of collaborators you believe should have the opportunity to weigh in, please feel free to forward the link.

If you have any questions about the survey or OneOhio, please let me or Terri Becker Bec...@tcbmds.org know.
