Dear Community Partners,
Miami County Community Action Council (MCCAC) is currently conducting our Community Needs Assessment, and we are asking for your assistance.
As a valued community partner, your perspective is essential in helping us identify the most pressing needs, service gaps, and emerging issues affecting individuals and families throughout Miami County. The information you provide will help guide our planning, strengthen community partnerships, and ensure our programs and resources are responsive to the needs of our community.
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete, and your responses will remain confidential. We would greatly appreciate you completing the survey by October 15, 2026.
