Potential Needs for Client

Good Morning, 

I have a client who does not have financial resources. The client is probably in need of 1) a roll off dumpster and the funds to pay for it 2) volunteers to assist with cleanup/loading the dumpster. Does anyone have suggestions of resources available for this? The client resides in Troy.
