Miami County Continuum of Care Strategic Plan

Good Morning,

 

I apologize for the delay in sending this document out. This is the strategic plan that was presented at our last Full Continuum Meeting. There are a few blank action items, and I am open to suggestions on things that may need to be added. I appreciate the participation of the Strategic Planning Committee to get this project completed. Just a reminder, the subcommittees created are Marketing & Outreach, Education, and Homelessness Prevention. If you have an interest in joining a subcommittee, please let me know. For anyone who has already committed to a subcommittee, please watch your e-mails toward the end of the month for a scheduling poll to get first meetings on the schedule.
