· Know their rights. Learn what utilities can and can’t do, like rules for shut-offs or outages.
· Get help paying. Updates on programs for financial help if they’re struggling with bills.
· Avoid scams. Including tricky offers or dishonest energy marketers.
· Stay informed. News about utility rates, laws, or hearings that affect their household and what they can do.
· Make smart choices. Guidance on picking energy plans or suppliers to avoid bad deals.
