Good morning.

To help inform the Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services with the 2026-28 Three-Year Strategic Plan, you are invited to offer input via a brief online survey. The survey can be reached at

The survey is segmented for Consumers of Services and Families, Mental Health or Addictions Services providers, and Related Professionals. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
