I have everything loaded correctly except the
compilers.
Where can I get instructions for compiler installation?

There is an installation guide here: https://github.com/metrumresearchgroup/mrgsolve/wiki/mrgsolve-Installation
The compiler information is Platform-specific. Are you on Windows? Mac?
