Hi Rui -Thanks for asking the question. mrgsolve doesn't do any data fitting itself. It is just a simulator.That said, we have published several vignettes showing how to use mrgsolve along with optimizers provided by R that can allow you to estimate parameters for a model given some data.Please see our "level 2" workshop content here:There is also some supplementary content for a poster here:that might be helpful.Best Regards,Kyle Baron
