A naive question: does mrgsolve include an optimization/estimation function

Hello,

Does mrgsolve have the ability to do some data fitting, like what nonmem does? If yes, which algorithm is included? I have been reading the manual, but still cannot find it. Thank you!

Hi Rui - 

Thanks for asking the question.  mrgsolve doesn't do any data fitting itself.  It is just a simulator. 

That said, we have published several vignettes showing how to use mrgsolve along with optimizers provided by R that can allow you to estimate parameters for a model given some data.
