Below, you will find the details for your project’s table in the Project Pavilion.

Project: Meshery

Table #: T-13

Table Shift: Friday 11:30am - 4:10pm

Location: Jasmine Hall 1 (Level 3) | Project Pavilion

Table Inclusions: one (1) monitor and project logo signage only. Please bring your own adapters if needed. 

Project Pavilion Hours (all times listed in IST) 

Thursday, 18 June: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM (includes Welcome Reception from 6:00 - 7:30 PM) 

Friday, 19 June: 11:30 AM - 4:10 PM

Shift times for each project are listed in the Project Table Directory. 

Early Access Table Set Up Hours

• Wednesday, 17 June: 4:00 - 7:00 PM
• Please arrive before 6:30 PM to pick up your badge
• Thursday, 18 June + Friday, 19 June : 8:00 – 11:00 AM
• All AM Tables MUST be set by 11:00 AM each day

To gain entry to the Solutions Showcase before it opens, designate one team member to collect (3) Project Pavilion stickers from the registration desk and affix them to your badges. Each project receives (3) early access stickers. 

Project Table Parameters 
While at your table, we encourage you to share your use cases with your projects and your organization’s involvement in the CNCF. However, you are prohibited from giving attendees sales pitches about a product or company. If we hear a sales pitch being conducted, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and to deny future requests for a project booth.

ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE PROJECT PAVILION!

STICKERS

• Stickers will be provided for all projects participating in Project Tables. Please note that the size and design of the stickers provided may vary as we carry over inventory from previous events and use multiple manufacturers. For new sticker orders, the project’s stacked color logo from the CNCF artwork repository was used. If the required logo was not available in the repository at the time stickers were ordered, CNCF staff determined which logo to use.

JOB BOARD

• Looking for your next opportunity or hiring top talent? Visit our onsite Job Board to explore open roles or post a job at gitjobs.dev — it’s free to use! CNCF members also receive a featured listing for added visibility.

AD-HOC MEETING TABLES

• Designated tables will be available for CNCF projects that would like to host informal, on-site meetings during the event. These tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be identified by signage reading “Reserved for CNCF Project Meetings.”
