Compatibility Testing for @sistent/mui-datatables v6.0.1 Release

As part of the @sistent/mui-datatables v6.0.1 release, the major upgrade in this version is the migration to React 18.

We request all contributors and maintainers to help verify the compatibility of this version across Meshery UI, Meshery Cloud UI and all Meshery extensions.

Please focus on the following during testing:

• Installation and dependency compatibility

• Functionality with React 18

• Table features such as sorting, filtering, pagination, etc.

• Any UI issues or performance regressions
