Ecosystem Dependency: Upgrade to Golang 1.26

Hi Everyone,

Please be aware that Meshery is being upgraded from Golang 1.25.5 to 1.26.4. This update affects all ecosystem components (extensions, providers, plugins, and so on).

If you are an ecosystem partner or if you are a contributor to any of the components in the core platform (https://github.com/meshery) or extensions (https://github.com/meshery-extensions), please update your local installation of Golang now.
