Zeinab Shmeis and her team will discuss their efforts to localize net neutrality violations; Sanjay Chandrasekaran will share his analysis of how passive measurements can inform active measurements; and Mingwei Zhang will introduce us to a new research tool he developed called NDTGuide, which enables easier access to NDT data via Python.
