Thunderbird 3.0 Font setting

To set default font settings for Thunderbird in 3.0
1) Open Thunderbird email program
2) Select the Tools menu and click on Options
3) Select the "Display" tab and then make sure the Display tab has
"Formatting" active (should show a drop down menu for default font,
etc.)
4) Set your default font type and size. You can also click on Advance
for more default font options such as a maximum font size and a
minimum font size and a range of font types.

5) Click Ok until back to your inbox screen.

To add a permanent signature to all outbound email take the following
steps.

1) Open Thunderbird email program

2) Select Tools menu and click Account Settings (should be above the
Options)
3) Select your account (should list your account name, your name, your
email address, option for a reply to address, etc until you see the
option for a signature. Input your signature there.
4) Click Ok once you have finished adding your signature.
