Release announcement: v0.1.7 + news about May/June releases

Mathesar v0.1.7 was released at the end of April. It's a small release which adds better linked table navigation, improves Data Explorer column names, and fixes a bug with exploration sharing.

Please note that we will not be doing our usual monthly releases in May or June so that we can focus all our attention on getting our beta release out sooner.
