Release announcement: Mathesar 0.6.0 (File support!)

Mathesar 0.6.0 is here! This release brings the file data type, which lets you upload, download, and preview files directly within your tables. You can now attach images, PDFs, and any other file types to your records, making Mathesar more useful for organizing data that lives alongside documents or media.
This release also includes a refreshed visual style with new semantic colors that make it easier to distinguish databases, schemas, and tables. The new color system improves clarity and gives Mathesar a more cohesive, polished look.
