Launch milestones are now updated

Hey everyone,

I've updated the "launch blockers" and "launch nice to haves" milestones on GitHub. They should now have everything we need to do for launch, including things that aren't related to the product (e.g. usability testing, promotional images, etc.)

We'll be relying on GitHub to track work, so please make sure the project fields (like milestone, iteration, and feature) are up to date for all issues and PRs. This really helps me get a handle on current status and areas of concern.
