Table Query Integration project update

Hi team,

I’m using the name “Table Query Integration” for the project I’m driving. While “Worksheets” is still one potential solution within the project, Table Query Integration is the umbrella that encompasses Worksheets.

New wiki page

I’ve repurposed my Worksheets wiki page into a Table Query Integration page:

That wiki page will serve as the top-level resource for information about the project.

Productive meeting

Yesterday Brent and I had a very productive meeting! We are now much more aligned on goals, both short-term and long.

Since this meeting was rather pivotal, I wrote some detailed notes summarizing our discussion and decisions. Brent please feel free to review/edit these notes. I encourage everyone else on the team to read them in order to follow along with the state of the project. You can also watch the recording.

The main take-away points are:

• In the short term: Brent and I would like to implement editing of some exploration cells for 0.2.3. I will be having more discussions with other team members about this in the coming week.

• In the long term: Brent and I would like to focus on refining the Worksheets vision to meet Brent’s needs (instead of refining the Data Palettes vision to meet my needs).
