Omni Core v0.0.11.1 released

Dear integrators and Omni enthusiasts,

Omni Core v0.0.11.1 was released.

v0.0.11.1 is a bugfix release which resolves a critical bug in the RPC
API whereby under certain circumstances retrieving data about a sell
offer may trigger a failsafe and cause the automatic shutdown of the client.

This version can and should be used in production environments, and an
upgrade is mandatory.

If you are running a release candidate, then an upgrade is also
ecommended, as the final release includes significant fixes and is
consensus breaking.
