Hi all,

Two upcoming events I wanted to share with you:

1) TONIGHT at 6pm Caltrans is hosting a webinar regarding a project to address flooding and the future sea level rise threat for the 101 freeway and intersections from the Donahue / Marin City exit to the Manzanita exit. Caltrans has not committed to preserving the adjacent Mill Valley-Sausalito Path at the same time (which is already flooded regularly) so we need people to speak up!  Click here to join the meeting. You can also email the project team at Manzanit...@dot.ca.gov requesting that the path be part of the project scope.

2) Monday, March 4, at 6:30p the Sausalito Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee (PBAC) will be meeting. Meeting link. Agenda. Your ideas and feedback are greatly appreciated for both discussion items:
  • Coloma Street Safety Improvements: we'll be looking at a draft design for increasing safety along this route frequented by students, seniors, and everyone in between
  • Capital Improvement Program: Sausalito Public Works will be presenting their draft prioritization on infrastructure projects for the upcoming fiscal year, so this is a great opportunity to weigh in on things you'd like to see improved around town.
Best wishes with the storm, and see you out there soon!

Kieran
