Hi all,

Next Monday, March 24th, is our monthly MCBC Speaker Series and Local Advocacy Team online meet-up. We've got a great guest, who I am super excited about.

Thea Hensel is chair of the all-volunteer groups working to bring to life the Santa Rosa Southeast Greenway. What is currently a vacant 47-acre, 2-mile-long parcel, Thea and her fellow advocates envision turning into an incredible linear park. She will be speaking about the history of this effort, and how her group has made such great strides toward their goal. You don't have to take it from me - she was recently named Sonoma County Woman of the Year!

To kick things off I will also be giving a quick Marin bike advocacy round-up, and after Thea's talk we will break out into location-based Zoom rooms.
