discussions are open so as long as we don't make it look like we are helping students do the project since this is an open public group. 
I don't see anything wrong in discussing table structures as guidelines. But we should have limits.

I honestly believe that before any student starts doing this project, he/she should familiarize herself with the following;
  1. relevant fields required to capture data for students and teachers
  2. Relevant fields required to capture data for the supplier
  3. Study requisition forms and come up with relevant fields to capture data
  4. Study all inventory books available in the bursar's office and store. (this will be an area with a lot of work)
  5. I also foresee the inclusiveness of the purchase order, delivery note, invoice and receipt
  6. A table that will capture data for lost items (can still be an inventory)
  7. records of items in the store in their respective categories.

  9. records of approved and deferred orders.

  10. list of items to be re-ordered.

Whatsapp group will attract a lot shares and anxieties. Conspiracy theorists will have a field day discussing why we should be buried alive. Even students will join in. Am against the idea. (the main agenda is that theorists will misinterpret and divert the attention into something else)
