A few notes about message archiving

https://support.google.com/a/answer/2956491 - in short, we need to pass all outgoing mail sent by no-r...@makeyourlaws.org in production through smtp-relay.gmail.com (limit 10k unique recipients per day). We shouldn't run into this limit soon, but in the event that we do run into this problem, we can investigate archiving MYL automated emails some other way once there's enough scale to care about coding something (as opposed to just throwing $10/mo at it to make the problem go away)

For everyone who is a MYL board member/employee (e.g. Sai, Wooz, and myself), messages sent to our MYL addresses are now appropriately compliance archived and spam filtered. You should be doing all your MYL business on your MYL address and none on any other address, or else compliance pandas will make sad faces at you.

Done on server. 

Also, various server logs (errors, auditing, monitoring, etc) are now emailed to a special debug group (viewable by core team members).
