Grant Starrett For Congress Reports $1.23 Million Raised For Campaign

Reports More Than 3:1 Grassroots Dollars Compared to DesJarlais

(MURFREESBORO, Tenn.) – The Grant Starrett for Congress campaign today announced they will report raising more than $1.23 million over the course of the campaign, with $908,000 cash on hand and with a 3:1 advantage on grassroots dollars raised compared to DesJarlais.

Statement from Tommy Schultz, Campaign Manager for Grant Starrett for Congress:

"In just the last quarter, Grant and our team have knocked on tens of thousands of doors across the district, talking to voters one-on-one about Scott DesJarlais' record. No surprise then that we have outraised DesJarlais by more than 3:1 among grassroots dollars given. And with an overall 3:1 cash advantage that matches that grassroots support, we're going to continue to powerfully make our case in the home stretch."

The full report is available with the Federal Elections Commission.

Total raised: $1,231,143 (DesJarlais: $484,946)

Total grassroots dollars given: $42,465 (DesJarlais: $13,440)

Total raised for Q1: $313,296 (DesJarlais: $137,075)

Cash on hand: $908,702 (DesJarlais: $345,979)
