Thanks so much for being a part of the Non-Profit Arts & Culture Engagement Zone (sponsored by the Yale University Office of New Haven Affairs) at the 2025 Wooster Square Cherry Blossom Festival this Sunday, April 6 from Noon-4:30pm! Here are a few updates to make the day flow smoothly for all:
Set up time is between 10:30-11:00am the morning of the Festival
There is parking for one car from each Engagement Zone non-profit. You can park across the street from Wooster Square Park in the Maresca & Sons Funeral Home parking lot - 592 Chapel Street! The entrance is on Chapel Street.
We will have volunteers who can help bring your materials to your tables - please let me know if you will need that assistance - my cell phone is 203.836.6022. Generally, you will be able to drop materials off at the Chapel Street Park Entrances along the south side of Park between Wooster Place and Academy Street.
The Engagement Zone will be located along the walkway by the entryway at Academy Street. There will be tables set up with two chairs and your organization's name on the table you are assigned.
Just in case of a rain cancellation, we will let you know by early Friday afternoon if that decision is made. Let's all hope for sunshine on the blossoms on Sunday, April 6th!
Please let me know if you have any questions - I look forward to welcoming you on Sunday!
