First Discussion
To kick things off, we’re asking each committee to do some strategic thinking about their area. This will eventually contribute to a broader organizational plan at the board level. To ensure consistency, I’ve prepared this template:

Scheduling Meetings
It would be great to pick a recurring meeting time so it's on the calendar. We can always adjust or cancel as needed, but having a set time avoids constant rescheduling. I turn the rest over to the chair of the committee.
