MOA Bylaws Committee

Maine Osteopathic Association Bylaws Committee
Charge: Reviews the Association’s bylaws to ensure they remain current, consistent with the mission and strategic goals of the MOA, and compliant with applicable state and federal laws. The committee considers proposed changes from members, the Board of Directors, and other committees; provides guidance on interpretation; and presents recommended amendments for approval by the Board and membership.
