Hello everyone,

Please see another full-time opportunity! This one would be best for graduate students that have focuses in remote sensing, AI/machine learning and other technologies.

Thanks and happy holidays!

Eric

Subject: New faculty search at UTK EECS — help us spread the word
To: Cao, Charles <qc...@utk.edu>

We've launched a search for two tenure-track faculty positions (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning for agriculture and forestry systems. We're looking for candidates excited about precision agriculture technologies, remote sensing and geospatial imaging, multi-sensor data fusion, IoT and sensor networks for environmental monitoring, autonomous agricultural systems, and related areas.

If you have outstanding postdocs or graduating PhD students working in these areas, I'd be grateful if you'd share the position with them: https://apply.interfolio.com/173158

These hires will have access to UTK's AgResearch Centers across Tennessee, strong partnerships with Oak Ridge National Lab, and connections through the AI Tennessee Initiative.

Thanks for helping us get the word out. I am grateful for your support.

Best regards,

Charles Cao, PhD,
Associate Professor, Search Committee Chair for AI/ML for Agriculture and Forestry Systems
