Light Rich Text Toolbar Issues

Hi All,

We are actually facing issues in Light Rich Text Component where the toolbar is not intermittently not visible.We get an error in the console with 404 errors when ckeditor.js tries to load the plugin.js from onchange/sourcedialog/format_buttons folders onto the VAADIN folder

Please let me know if anyone has any input on the issue on how to resolve it
