Magnolia CMS Tutorial

Hi,

I just started with magnolia, following step by step tutorial on docs.magnolia and I ran into a problem.

When i try to open pages in ...magnoliaPublic/, it doesnt have access to JCR files, only files from my filesystem. So especially after this step in tutorial:

I edit contents of page in webeditor (magnoliaAuthor), I publish it, but when I open this page in magnoliaPublic, it doesnt contain the contents i updated in magnoliaAuthor.

Is there any way to keep JCR and filesystem in sync? Somehow manage to edit file in JCR system if it gets edited locally in filesystem and vice versa ? Because right now if I update something in magnoliaAuthor it doesnt affect magnoliaPublic and if i run some mngl console command and my filesystem gets edited, it doesnt affect JCR files in magnoliaAuthor.
