HA CLI installation

I am trying to get started with the headless with commerce as per https://ha.magnolia-cms.com/docs/getting-started/installation

At step 6, I am not able to setup ha cli. I keep getting authentication error

PS C:\code\magnolia\headless> ha
 HA has to download all depenencies first.
 Please login withyour Nexus / Magnolia DX Core Credentials.
 Magnolia Username: superuser
 Magnolia Password: [hidden]
Authentication failed
PS C:\code\magnolia\headless> ha jumpstart
 HA has to download all depenencies first.

Please help me with the documentation/pointers to fix
