Hi there,
We are pleased to announce the release of Magnolia DX Core 6.4.8. This is a maintenance release.
GraphQL schema builds no longer fail because of a single malformed or unresolvable definition, and GraphQL core now supports GraphQL Solr, a separate Tier 2 incubator module.
Global search gets backend and frontend improvements: new properties let admins limit how much content search scans per result, trading snippet completeness for speed, and the frontend skips redundant API calls when parameters remain unchanged.
The release also fixes several other issues, including dialog commits saving to the wrong JCR node in Admin Central and Pages, GraphQL failing to retrieve content in certain configurations, JavaScript models breaking under the GraalVM 25 upgrade, and SSO not triggering custom 403 error pages for forbidden users.
Lastly, this release includes security improvements across several modules.
