Hey Magnolians,
We're happy to announce that the Internationalization (i18n) of the Stories App is now available with the release of 6.2.14, in version 2.1 of the Content Editor module.
The Stories App enables marketers, and other content editors, to quickly create and publish rich content experiences. It is perfect for creating content such as news articles, blog posts, rich product descriptions, landing pages, and more - and publishing them to any channel. Stories app content works well with a freemarker or headless-based approach.
We now provide an easy starting point for authors who want to localize their stories:
- Stories are long-form content including an Outline and Blocks
- Blocks allow you to enrich the Outline of your stories, by building up the unstructured body. Read more about Blocks on our documentation
- We now provide an easy starting point to authors who want to internationalize their stories, by providing a "Copy blocks" button from their default language to their locale
- We are built for flexibility! Authors can edit, add, delete and reorder blocks independently for each locale
Collaterals and resources available to you:
For clients who already use Stories App and need to replace their current version with 2.1, we offer two migration options:
Migrating content to 2.1.
