Magnolia DX Core 6.2.61 is available

Hello,

We're happy to announce the release of Magnolia DX Core 6.2.61. 

This is primarily a bug-fixing and security release, which also introduces environment variable substitution in YAML decoration files, and improves the Tasks app Show changes dialog.
