Magnolia DX Core 6.3.24 is available

Hi there,

We are happy to announce the release of Magnolia DX Core 6.3.24, a maintenance release focused on SSO stability, notifications, and security.
It resolves an SSO issue where missing permissions caused infinite redirect loops, fixes an issue where users who inherit roles through groups don't receive notifications, and addresses a cache deadlock on concurrent requests for non-cached content, an AdminCentral exception on Tomcat session expiration, and broken email notifications for workflow events and page comments.
This release also includes several security improvements.
