Fail to properly install "mgnl jumpstar".

I'm following steps from https://hd.magnolia-cms.com/docs/getting-started/hello-spa

- suggested windows xcopy command have error it should use back slashes in path

>xcopy .\_dev\content-to-bootstrap .\apache-tomcat\webapps\magnoliaAuthor\WEB-INF\bootstrap\common /e/h

- command "mgnl jumpstart" didn’t print options, thus I don't know what's installed or not

- finally when I open localhost:8080 and click "Run the Web update on the author instance"

browser open http://localhost:8080/magnoliaAuthor/.magnolia/admincentral and render 404 page

Here is additional info from tomcat log file

Turn out that I had quite old magnolia CLI app and accidentally miss this step.

Looks like reinstalling magnolia CLI fix the problem.
