New open-source solver breakthrough for LP problems with HIGHS

Hi everyone,

HiGHS is releasing a new LP solver "HiPO AS". With this solver, especially large problem instances can be solved in a reasonable time. Like models with 8760 time steps and multiple nodes, which were just infeasible with any open-source solver!

Below is a performance example given in the new HiGHS paper. With typical problems reaching 10^6+, you can expect 20x or higher performance increases!
