NY and MA Retrofit Programs and MDU challenges

Good afternoon all,

As you are all aware of MBI's new retrofit grant program for MDUs/Affordable Housing, you may be interested in my piece here, published on communitynets.org today.

It not only covers the basics in Massachusetts (and New York), it provides relevant info on the hairy issues around bulk billing arrangements and why these programs may be challenging, as well as a sense of what's going on elsewhere on this front.
