Registrations for each session of the forum are separate.
Registration is required for each session.
You may register for as many sessions as you wish.

If you register for any session, you will receive connection information via Zoom.
Registering for one session guarantees a spot in that session only.

Don’t Forget - Submit a Proposal
Proposal deadline: February 27, 2026
We are now accepting session proposals via our online submission form:
Active participation from the ArchivesSpace community makes this event a success. All users are encouraged to submit a proposal. We want the program to reflect the full spectrum of ArchivesSpace users.
We welcome presentations or discussions addressing any aspect of your institution’s ArchivesSpace use. The following ideas are provided to assist with brainstorming and are not meant to limit proposal topics:
Small Changes, Big Impacts: implementation of plugins, tools, or new workflows
Half-Baked: share your in-progress work in ArchivesSpace
Show Off Your Instance (lightning talks encouraged)
Adventures in Bulk Updating: workflows, tools, and tips for data migration and cleanup
Doing Enough with Less: addressing challenges of limited resources
Proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and early submissions are encouraged to allow time for feedback or clarification.
