Don’t forget to register! 11th Annual ArchivesSpace Member Forum
|
|
|
Registration
is now open for the
11th
Annual ArchivesSpace Member Forum! This year’s forum will be held on August 24, 2025, in Anaheim, CA, at the
Hilton
Anaheim. In addition to this in-person opportunity to meet, we will also be holding two virtual learning opportunities in advance of the in-person
forum on the 24th.
This community-driven member forum is a
free half-day event open to anyone affiliated with an ArchivesSpace member institution. Just as in previous years, this will be a free opportunity for staff from ArchivesSpace member institutions
to meet and share information with each other and the program team about all things ArchivesSpace. While this event is free, registration is required.
The agenda for the in-person meeting is still being developed, but anyone planning to attend the events on the 24th is encouraged
to register now to assist the planning team in making appropriate arrangements. We also encourage all attendees to consider
submitting
a proposal for the forum to help make this event great!
In addition to the in-person forum, we will be offering a pre-forum virtual workshops the week before the forum. Details and
registration for these sessions are also available on the wiki.
For a more detailed agenda, visit
the event wiki.
Feel free to contact the ArchivesSpace team at Archives...@lyrasis.org with questions. We look forward to seeing many of
you there!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Free ‘Em All Radio Archive webinar on July 8, 2025.
The Free ‘Em All Radio Archive is a community oral history project housed at Dominican University. Free ‘Em All Radio is a call-in
podcast launched in 2016 by The Lady of Rage and Chairman Fred Hampton Jr. of the Black Panther Party Cubs. The show has become a living historical record, broadcasting the voices of incarcerated individuals and political activists who speak on current events,
racial injustice, and prison abolition.
The
webinar
recording is now available on the ArchivesSpace YouTube Channel
