The Member Engagement Subteam is pleased to announce the return of the Member Match First Friday Breaks, an monthly informal meeting
held on the first Friday of each month at 12:30pm-1:30pm/9:30am-10:30am PT.
Beginning September 5, the Member Engagement sub-team invites any and all Member Match participants to join us for an hour all
things ArchivesSpace and beyond. This is an opportunity for participants to meet other program participants outside their match and to interact with the team without an agenda.
If you are a current Member Match participant interested in attending these sessions, please check the announcement in the member match listserv for connection
information.
Please also save the date for our first Quarterly Mixer: Tips & Tricks -
September 19 9:30am Pacific/12:30pm Eastern. These are formal opportunities for large group socializing with a set presentation as well as the potential for dedicated time to spend with matches in breakout rooms.

Live Demonstration: Overview of the ArchivesSpace Application and Membership Benefits
Join us on
September 10th, 2025 at 11am EST/8am PST for the next ArchivesSpace Live Demonstration. This demo will feature an overview of the application, a brief explanation of the ArchivesSpace Staff
and Public User Interfaces and an introduction to the ArchivesSpace member community and member benefits. A brief Q&A will follow the demo.
These demos are intended to assist those who are considering using the ArchivesSpace application at their organization to determine if ArchivesSpace is the right tool
for their needs.

part of the 2025 ArchivesSpace Annual Member Forum. The recordings for these sessions are now available. Members can access these trainings directly in our Help Center or via

Forum wiki. The recordings for the in-person forum meeting will be available soon.

listservs, the ArchivesSpace non-member Google Group, and SAA’s Collection Management Section listserv, as well as being posted on the ArchivesSpace website. Please feel free to share this update with people you know who have an interest in ArchivesSpace but
may not be on one of these lists.
