LCNAF plugin issues

Hi everyone,
I’ve gotten reports from users at my institution that the LCNAF plugin hasn’t been working correctly. They have gotten the following error:
No route matches {:action=>"show", :controller=>"jobs", :id=>nil}
Has anyone experienced this or have any insights? My first instinct has been to check if LCNAF is down, and it has been up by the time I received the reports. I’ve noticed LoC recently added an additional layer of authentication, so I’m also wondering if their servers have been crashing from bot attacks just like ours have at my institution. In which case, I imagine it’s more likely that there have been LoC outages causing issues with the LCNAF plugin.
