Bulk publish Agent records

Hello AS community,

 

I recently noticed that all the agent records we migrated from our old database into ArchivesSpace are unpublished. There are almost 2,000 records that need to be published. Does anyone know if there is a bulk publish functionality for agents? I see that you can click “publish all” at the top of an agent record but it doesn’t seem to exist outside of an individual record.

This is one of those rare things that are safe and easy to do directly in the database. It would mean updating the "publish" column on all the different agents tables to "1". You'll also want to set the system_time on those same records to "NOW()" at the same time.

You could also use a script and hit every record via the API.
