Hi All,
I’ve got what’s probably a simple issue, but I’m not seeing anything about it in the docs.
We have a new intern for whom I am creating an account on our 4.1 AS instance. When I do so, there is a blank, grayed out ‘Authentication’ field on the user creation form. Upon creation, that new user has an authentication type of ‘local’ whereas all our other users have type ‘DBAuth’. When this user goes to login, they receive a login failed error. I’m creating this user while logged in to my full administrator account and going to System > Manage Users. Am I missing something very obvious here?
Thanks!

Thanks, Michelle. Our instance has so few users at this point that we’re not configured to use SSO. Just the standard MySQL database authentication.
