ArchivesSpace Virtual Member Forum 2026 - Save the Date and Call for Planning Team Members EXTENDED

Mark your calendars for our 2026 Virtual Member Forum! Taking place March 25-26, 2026, our Virtual Member Forum is a two-day
event spanning a variety of time zones and ArchivesSpace experience levels.
The Virtual Member Forum is one of our largest events of the year and we are looking for volunteers to review proposals and communicate
with presenters, develop the schedule, and make this event great. We are still looking for several volunteers to serve on this planning team and have extended the call for volunteers in the hopes of growing
this group to the necessary capacity. If you are interested in serving on the planning team for this forum, please email Jessica Crouch at

by October 15, 2025.
More information will be provided soon about how to propose a topic or presentation. Registration will open closer to the event

Announcing the 2024-2025 ArchivesSpace annual report
|

Though our 2025-2026 membership term is well underway, the ArchivesSpace team is pleased to take a brief pause to share the ArchivesSpace
annual report for the 2024-2025 term with you. This report highlights some major themes of our activities, both in the last year and always.
We encourage you to share this annual report with others at your institution and anyone else with an interest in ArchivesSpace.
We hope that it may be especially helpful in conveying the value of ArchivesSpace, and the value of ArchivesSpace membership, to resource allocators and other decision makers at your institutions. You can find
this
report and all of our past annual reports online on the ArchivesSpace website.
Thanks to all who work with us and each other to make ArchivesSpace the vibrant community and application that it is. As always,

Member Match First Friday Events Ongoing
|
|
|
The Member Engagement sub-team continues the Member Match First Friday Breaks, an monthly informal meeting
held on the first Friday of each month at 12:30pm-1:30pm/9:30am-10:30am PT.
This October 3rd, the Member Engagement sub-team invites any and all Member Match participants to join us for an hour to discuss
all things ArchivesSpace and beyond. This is an opportunity for participants to meet other program participants outside their match and to interact with the team without an agenda.
If you are a current Member Match participant interested in attending these sessions, please check the announcement in
the member match listserv for connection information.
