Can I import top containers to collection-level record?

All,

I see that (beginning with ArchivesSpace 3.0), you can create Top Containers and link them to existing Archival Objects within a Resource using a spreadsheet.

I have collection-level resource records (with no additional archival objects nested inside them) to which I want to add top containers, so we can manage those better.  Is there a way to use that spreadsheet (or any method that's faster than adding each top container by hand) to import top containers and link them to the resource record itself?
