Extracting information from Archivists Toolkit

Help!  I am being queried by Bill Shell (wsh...@dso.org) at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra about extracting concert history information - but no one now there has had ANY experience with Archivist Toolkit, the forerunner of ASpace: 

     "We have information on our concert history that is stored in Archivists' Toolkit and we need to extract it since the system it is on is going away.

     We want to be able to store the information in a different system, but none of us were here when this system was set up and we have no experience with Archivists' Toolkit.

     Can you assist us with how we can extract the data?"

I sent him SAA's page with different AT manuals created by institutions that use AT, but nothing beats a human explaining a step-by-step procedure. I have not used AT for years, and I did only rudimentary things with ASpace. Can anyone help Bill?

Hi Michelle,

I don't know if this will be of use, but there were migration tools written to migrate data from the AT to the initial version of ASpace.
