Exporting PDFs of Finding Aids

Good morning, 

We are in the process of transferring a lot of our records to another repository. I've been attempting to get PDFs of finding aids so that these can go along with the materials. I've found a few resources that walk me through a couple of ways to do this, but the job keeps failing. Any thoughts about how to address this issue?

Hi Elizabeth,

Valerie's flowchart handout is great and the video is definitely a worthwhile watch.

For me, it has usually been caused by something small, like a <title> tag goof.  Nothing dire enough to keep the EAD-XML form importing or saving, but still not properly formed.  Downloading the EAD-XML and validating it should identify the issue(s) you need to fix.
