help debugging a plugin

Hello!

Wondering if anyone would be willing to help me debug an issue with one of our ArchivesSpace plugins. We're running a heavily modified version of Harvard's Request List plugin at Penn State, and we're running into an issue where a user's first interaction with their cart behaves as expected, but once a full or partial request is submitted, further updates to the cart don't appear when a user clicks in to view it unless they manually refresh the page. The odd thing is that this only happens when the plugin is deployed to Lyrasis; when I run it on my laptop, everything works as expected. I assume this has something to do with how I have the browser cookie that controls the list configured but since it doesn't break on my local setup, it's beyond me to determine that for sure.
