I am hoping for some guidance on using ASpace to track and priorities processing collections using one or more of these options listed in the subject.
I have been playing with all three options. I was wondering if anyone here can provide pros and cons for one of these options. Our archives are moving 100% off site and I need a way to track processing status and/or other assessment notes for prioritizing what to do next.
The main issue is, reporting. I am leaning towards collection management sub record but I don't see a way to create a report or search on it so I can plan. I like the collection sub record for the quick and easy means to set a status and identify it as a processing needs.
Insights would be greatly appreciated.
