Custom agent reports fail on undefined method `agenttype_narrow'

Harvard is running v3.4.1. An archivist is trying to run a custom report on agents but the job is failing on an undefined method 'agenttype_narrow'. Basically, you can run a custom agent report but if you try to narrow by type of agent, job will fail. 

The job log includes the message "Did you mean?  agent_type_narrow" so it appears there is a mismatch on field name. 

The ASpace jira is down for maintenance, so I can't check if this is a known issue. 

Is there a workaround? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. --julie
